CHAMBO VILLAS
Chambo Villas is an affordable accommodation located approximately four kilometres from the main entrance of Mikumi National Park. The air-conditioned rooms have private bathrooms with hot water, and guests can use the swimming pool and garden. There is also an on-site restaurant where meals can be ordered separately.

MIKUMI RESORT
Mikumi Resort is a simple budget accommodation located outside Mikumi National Park. It offers several room categories, including standard rooms, more spacious deluxe rooms and options suitable for families.
The facilities are relatively basic, but the lodge provides everything needed for a short stay near the park. It is a practical choice for travellers who prefer to keep their accommodation costs low.

TANAPA MIKUMI BANDAS - MIKUMI COTTAGES
Mikumi Cottages, also known as TANAPA Mikumi Bandas, is a government owned accommodation. It offers simple accommodation inside Mikumi National Park. You can choose between the basic guest rooms (budget rooms) to larger and more comfortable cottages (comfort rooms).

The main advantage is the location inside the park, allowing you to begin your game drive without first travelling from Mikumi town. There is also a restaurant serving simple meals.

Only couples of opposite sex can are allowed to share a room in this lodge. Kids under 10 are allowed to share the room with their parents.
MID-RANGE ACCOMMODATIONS
CAMP LILAC
Camp Lilac is our preferred mid-range accommodation outside Mikumi National Park. Guests can choose between safari tents and cabins, all designed to provide a comfortable stay surrounded by nature.
The accommodations have private bathrooms and outdoor seating areas, while some categories also offer spacious decks and views towards the surrounding mountains. Camp Lilac is a good choice for travellers looking for a smaller camp with a distinctive atmosphere.
CAMP BASTIAN
Camp Bastian is a family-owned camp located in a green garden just outside Mikumi National Park. It offers a swimming pool, restaurant, bar and outdoor fireplace where guests can relax after their safari.
There is a wide selection of accommodation, including standard and superior cottages as well as larger cottages for families and groups. Its range of room types makes Camp Bastian especially suitable for families.
CAMP ATUPELE
Camp Atupele is located in Mikumi town, within easy driving distance of the national park. It offers en-suite double and twin rooms as well as larger family accommodation.
The camp has a restaurant, a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool. Its spacious grounds and family-friendly facilities make it a convenient option for couples, families and larger groups visiting Mikumi.
LUXURY ACCOMMODATIONS
MIKUMI WILDLIFE LODGE BY WELLWORTH
Mikumi Wildlife Lodge by Wellworth is located inside Mikumi National Park, overlooking the surrounding plains and a nearby waterhole. The lodge has 48 spacious rooms combining contemporary comfort with African-inspired details.

Guests can relax at the swimming pool or enjoy the views from the lodge between game drives. Its location allows you to begin your morning safari directly from the lodge without travelling to the park entrance first.
VUMA HILLS
Vuma Hills Tented Camp is situated inside Mikumi National Park, above the forest at the foot of the Vuma Mountains. Its elevated position offers wide views across the surrounding plains.

The camp has 16 spacious en-suite safari tents built on wooden decks, each with a private shaded veranda. Guests can also relax at the swimming pool and enjoy the peaceful setting between game drives.

STANLEY'S KOPJE
Stanley’s Kopje is a small tented camp built around a rocky hill inside Mikumi National Park. Its elevated location provides panoramic views across the Mkata floodplain and towards the nearby Mwanamboga waterhole.

The camp consists of 12 en-suite safari tents raised on wooden platforms. Each tent has a shaded veranda overlooking the plains. This is an intimate option for travellers looking for a more exclusive stay in the park.
